Add slander and spinbox in toolkit/andlabs

    fix the helloworld demo
    move slider into toolkit/
    move more into the toolkit directory
    add spinbox()
    fix example
    minor update
    fix examples
    Fix andlabs.ui.Slider() to work again
    correctly implement custom OnChange() callback
